Ket and Tea Case Study
Improved online visibility
and sales
THE CHALLENGE
Marketing and advertising services in the Philippines equate to a hefty amount of money. It is often the biggest challenge that business owners face when they attempt to tap the online market. Sure, everyone can create a business page and post pictures to their own liking. But would it create an impact that would resonate with the target audience and translate to sales?
Ket and Tea Milktea House was no different. Like any other startup business, gaining traction online was not only tedious but oftentimes daunting.
STRATEGY
Their products were already popular in the neighborhood through word of mouth by their repeat customers who find their wide-range of refreshments affordable without sacrificing commercial quality. We interviewed a couple of customers and they mentioned that the taste of the drinks is comparable to those produced by big corporations found in malls. Ket and Tea was on the right track but there is a bigger online market untapped that’s waiting to be unraveled.
THE RESULTS
The following were the results after a one-week project
with at least 1 post a day:
Average reach: +3000%
Likes: + 350%
Shares: +120%
Weekday Sales: +30%
Weekend Sales: +42%
The project did not only improve the online visibility and sales of the business. It also helped people who are stuck at home to order online while following strict lockdown protocols.
