Karen Infantado

Founder and CEO

Expertise:

Karen is the Founder and CEO of ThoughtDiva. She keeps a low-key profile in her social media accounts which is a major contrast to her professional achievements.

At age 16, she has been a formidable academic tutor focusing on theoretical and applied Sciences and higher Mathematics which helped her generate income alongside multiple scholarship grants while studying at the University of the Philippines.

She started working at big corporations at the age of 20, gaining 15 years of experience in management across 40 industries and 250 companies and campaigns. Her can-do attitude and versatility brought her to different heights of her career as she immersed herself in different facets of business management from Operations, Quality, Training, Sales, Marketing, Software, IT Management, and what have you. Her analytical skills also made her successful in Business Intelligence, Data, Quality, and Project Management. Karen understands business needs having directly handled multi-million dollar projects and, more importantly, she understands people having managed on-site and remote global teams of up to 20,000 headcount.

Karen often talks about the underserved markets that are often ignored or overlooked by profit-oriented business enterprises. With her first-hand experience of the power of advertising and cutting-edge technology, she believes that all businesses no matter their size should be given the opportunity to grow by taking advantage of tools readily available online through the help of an agency providing affordable professional services. This gave birth to the idea of building her own advertising agency.

ThoughtDiva was established with the customers’ needs in mind. In fact, Karen sacrificed not upgrading to the latest smartphone release immediately because of two small businesses who sought ThoughtDiva’s services when the company was just a few days old. Often, big corporations fail to see the human struggle and the heart of the people as they are more focused on getting deals closed in anticipation to move on to the next chapter. Karen, however, is a true blue believer of customers first, company second. Or, in her expanded personal version, customers and employees first before herself—a great reflection of the commendations she received from current and former colleagues.

During her free time, Karen enjoys hanging out with her husband and her son. She considers herself a retired online and video gamer who now focuses on her love for reading, painting, and writing when she’s not fangirling on actors and athletes being a big movie and sports aficionado herself. She loves the constant exchange of ideas by engaging in healthy conversations about everything and anything under the sun.

Edward Poyaoan

Head of Sales & Partnerships

It is not easy to find a company that will give you the right amount of flexibility and creativity. As the VP of Sales and Partnerships at ThoughtDiva, I have been having the time of my life to experiment on new sales initiatives and expand on proven sales strategies as I meet with business leaders across different industries. With the kind of leadership that the company has, I am only certain of one thing–the company is bound for more greatness and I am happy to be part of it.

Gino Gaviola

Creative Director

Working with ThoughtDiva has been a wonderful experience since the beginning. We are always encouraged to pitch in our ideas on the table to ensure that our output creates a lasting impact to our clients. Likewise, the management has always taken care of us to see to it that we are equipped to create superb contents. I see ThoughtDiva as a major competitor in the market. And I am thankful that I am a part of the team.

Jay Dagohoy

HR & Recruitment Manager

I find it fulfilling to see the team members of ThoughtDiva grow into their role as each project is finished. Being the HR and Recruitment Manager, I am able to know them from the start and I continue to provide them support on their journey in the company. I’m also given an opportunity at times to be a Project Lead of a campaign and this gives me a chance to collaborate with them to come up with a more meaningful output. We don’t have a hierarchy when it comes to working. What we have is a responsibility to deliver our best always and with this everyone’s effort counts.

Justin Felipe

Video editor

I consider myself as my own biggest competition. I plan to test my boundaries by taking risks and looking beyond to achieve my goals. My confidence lies in believing in myself and not comparing myself with others. What I consider to be an achievement is not to look down on others but instead to look at my progress and success. I have chosen video editing as a profession as this is where I found my passion. Currently working with ThoughtDiva I intend to continually develop my skills and strive to always give my best effort in every project as I find it fulfilling to see a successful output. I am grateful to be given this platform to be able to continuously hone my skills while being given artistic freedom to achieve the clients’ goals.

Fatima Jenn I. Lacaba

content & creative writer

I am passionate about writing and committed to my work. I have always used this as my edge in providing fresh ideas that are needed for the growing advertising industry. It was during my stay from my last attended Media Arts school where I received opportunities to delve further into content and creative writing.

At ThoughtDiva, you are allowed to be yourself, especially as a writer. ThoughtDiva showered me with opportunities to freely write depending on how I wanted the topics to be written. They foster trust, and I return it with the fruits of quality work. With this, I constantly find myself enjoying my work and the environment we have. Truthfully, ThoughtDiva does not only house people to work on a certain goal but it also serves as a home to grow your artistry, capabilities, and personal development. A sweet slice of opportunity for self and professional growth.
